Moist and flavorful carrot cake packed full of warm  spices, hand shredded carrots (to retain the most moisture), shredded coconut, and toasted walnuts layered with cinnamon cream cheese frosting and crunchy graham crumb. 

Our handmade cakes are 6-in, 3-tier and feed 8-10 people.
