Cranberry Gingersnap Pie

Starting with a gingersnap cookie crust, we fill that with a batch of our tart and sweet cranberry custard. This gets topped with fresh sugared cranberries and a little orange-vanilla whipped cream. Not only is the flavor stellar, it makes for a gorgeous centerpiece!
